Project overview.

Benchmark Body Metrics launched with a clear vision and a capable operator behind it. The challenge wasn’t fixing a broken business, it was building momentum quickly. As a new facility, Benchmark needed to bring high-quality customers through the door fast, generate revenue early, and create enough stability to begin scaling with confidence.

Our role was to support that early-stage growth without slowing the business down. We introduced paid media to drive immediate demand, handled appointment setting to ensure leads converted into booked visits, and built foundational backend automation to take time off the owner’s hands. This allowed Benchmark to focus on delivering a premium experience while growth systems ran quietly in the background.

Challenge.

Benchmark Body Metrics was operating in its earliest phase, with limited time in market and no historical demand to rely on. As a new business, it needed volume quickly, but not at the expense of quality. Every customer had to be the right fit, willing to pay premium prices, and aligned with the long-term vision of the facility.

Without early systems in place, scaling would have required significant manual effort from the owner, pulling focus away from service delivery and growth. The challenge was creating immediate traction while building infrastructure that wouldn’t need to be rebuilt a few months later.

Result.

Benchmark Body Metrics established consistent demand early and maintained a 2.6× return on ad spend, a strong performance within the health testing space. Paid media and appointment setting attracted high-quality customers willing to invest in premium services, creating a foundation for long-term value rather than one-time visits.

The result was early-stage momentum with structure behind it. Benchmark was able to acquire the right customers, generate meaningful revenue quickly, and move toward hiring and scaling without operational strain. The systems put in place continue to support growth beyond initial visits, setting the business up for durability rather than short-term wins.
