Project overview.

Virtus Sport & Extremity had already built a strong practice, a loyal community, and a clear voice online. Their content was thoughtful, educational, and approachable, but producing and publishing high-quality videos consistently was becoming increasingly time-intensive for an owner-operated business.

Our role was to take full ownership of organic social media while preserving what made Virtus feel like Virtus. We collaborated closely on content direction, handled filming and posting, expanded distribution to new platforms, and created the space to test, refine, and scale content without losing the personality and tone their audience connected with.

Challenge.

Virtus had a strong point of view and an engaged audience, but maintaining consistency across platforms required significant time and energy from the owners. Filming, editing, and posting multiple videos each week competed with running the practice and serving patients.

The challenge was not reinventing the brand, but protecting it. Many agencies struggle to take over social media without diluting the voice or emotion that made the account successful in the first place. Virtus needed a partner who could scale output, introduce new platforms, and experiment with content formats while staying true to their educational, approachable, and occasionally humorous style.

Result.

Over the first eight months, Virtus Sport & Extremity reached 1.6 million views across platforms while maintaining a consistent brand voice in every piece of content. By expanding onto TikTok and increasing content volume, Virtus was able to educate a broader audience and amplify its message without sacrificing quality or authenticity.

The result was a social presence that continued to feel personal and expert-led, while operating at a scale that would not have been possible without dedicated content production and management. Virtus gained more reach, more flexibility to test what worked, and more time to focus on patient care.
