Project overview.

Live Lean RX Redmond is a customer-first health testing business built around education, trust, and long-term outcomes. Before working together, the business relied almost entirely on referrals and in-person relationships, with little marketing infrastructure or systems in place to support growth.

Our role was to help transition LLRX Redmond from a referral-driven operation into a scalable business with structure behind it. We introduced paid media to create consistent demand, produced content to establish credibility, and handled appointment setting to ensure every lead received a high-quality booking experience. From there, we built automation and email marketing to support follow-up, nurture warm leads, and reduce the operational burden on the owner.

This work created a foundation that allowed the business to grow with consistency instead of guesswork, while preserving the customer experience that made LLRX Redmond successful in the first place.

Challenge.

Live Lean RX Redmond had a strong in-person experience but no systems to support growth. The business relied almost entirely on referrals, with no consistent way to generate new demand, follow up with leads, or manage bookings at scale. There was no marketing engine in place, no structured outreach, and no backend process to ensure potential clients were actually getting booked.

Without systems, opportunities were being missed. Leads weren’t followed up consistently, the owner was responsible for appointment setting, and there was no framework to guide customers toward the services that best fit their needs. Growth depended on manual effort and availability, making it difficult to scale and unsustainable long term.

Result.

Live Lean RX Redmond transitioned from a referral-only business into a structured, scalable operation with consistent demand and a reliable booking process. With paid media, systems, and follow-up in place, the business was able to grow without sacrificing the customer experience that made it successful.

Year over year, revenue increased by 227%, alongside a 230% increase in total customers. What began as an uncertain business on the verge of closing became a stable, growing operation with momentum, clarity, and a clear path forward.
